- NLID EZE-IR Tags are compulsory for fairs in 2026
- Pedigrees must be produced if requested
- All exhibitors must show proof of liability insurance
- Straw must be supplied by exhibitor
- Revised showing order will be posted the day of show
- 15% administration fee will be deducted from prize money totalling $20 or more
- $5 membership fee must be paid if not already an existing member

Beef Cattle Show
- All animals must be owned by exhibitor; registration papers must be available for checking before judging
- All exhibitors must show proof of liability insurance
- No limit on number of entries per class
- All entries must be received by July 5th, 2026 via Assist Expo
- 15% administration fee will be deducted from prize money totaling $20 or more
- $5 membership fee must be paid if not already an existing member
- No bedding provided
- All animals must have CCIA tags; animals without appropriate tags will not be allowed on the fairgrounds
- Any breed with less than 15 head will be in "Any Other Breed", unless decided by committee on day of show
- All entries must be verified purebred as according to their breed
- All animals must remain on grounds until completion of the show, or prize money will be forfeited
- Any disputes shall be brought to a director's attention
- Calves shown as a unit with their dam in cow or 2 year old female classes ARE eligible for calf classes
