General Rules

Open to any 4-H exhibitor, ages 9–21 as of January 1, 2026
No registration fee
All animals must remain on grounds until completion of show or prize money will be forfeited
All entries must be submitted by July 5, 2026 on Assist Expo
All exhibitors must be able to provide proof of liability insurance
Showmanship classes may be divided or combined based on participation numbers

Class 1 Novice Showmanship

Ages 9–11

Class 2 Junior Showmanship

Ages 12–14

Class 3 Intermediate Showmanship

Ages 15–17

Class 4 Senior Showmanship

Ages 18–21

Class 5 Champion Showperson

Top two from each showmanship class advance; ribbons only
