Entries should be displayed on a disposable plate or appropriate container with entry tag attached
Register via AssistExpo; refer to Exhibitor's Rules and Registration

Class 35 Roots & Vegetables Prizes: $10 / $8 / $6

1. Beets – three (3) Tops trimmed
2. Carrots – three (3), 3″ and over Tops trimmed
3. Radishes – five (5) Tops trimmed to 1″
4. Green Onions – five (5) Tops trimmed to less than 6″
5. Garlic scapes – five (5) Tied in a bunch
6. Dill – three (3) stems, suitable for salads Shown in water
7. Peas – five (5), with calyx on Labelled for shelling or edible pod
8. Culinary Herbs – collection of 3–5 varieties, labelled Shown in water or containers
9. Rhubarb – three (3) stalks, pulled with base on Tops trimmed to 2″, tied
10. Fresh Garlic – three (3) bulbs Tops trimmed to 8″
11. "My Garden's Best" – homegrown Renfrew County produce display 60% artistic design, 40% quality

Class 85 Maple Syrup Prizes: $10 / $8 / $6

Note Submitted in clean, clear glass jars, free of glue and other markings
